Account Setup & Training: 250€ paid only once
SMS Cost: 0.02€ to 0.12€ per SMS according to country. Prepaid packages can reduce rates by up to 45%
VAT: Prices do not include VAT (where it applies).

What is a "User"?
A "User" creates and edits events.
Most small to medium-sized hotels, event venues, caterers & event/wedding professionals need one "User".A single "User" can send unlimited event invitations and create unlimited event diagrams.

What is a "Check-in User"?
A "Check-in User" checks-in guests/attendees on their iPad or Android tablet using the e-GuestList check-in app.
With the [EventReception Package - All Solutions] you can have up to 5 check-in users to check-in up to 700 guests/attendees per event.Contact us if you need more check-in app users or want a different max-guests-per-event limit.
e-GuestList can be purchased on its own, or as part of the [EventReception Package – All Solutions]. -
What are the Setup fees?
Setup fees are paid only once at the beginning of our cooperation.
They include:
- Creating your subdomain (https://yourCompany.eventreception.com)
- Setting up your account with your logos, venues and event spaces.
- Uploading & scaling your event diagrams
- Synchronizing your email account with EventReception's communication module.
- Creating your e-map links (e-map.co/yourVenues)

How do I pay?
Payment is made online via e-payments.

What is an e-GuestList Event?
An Event has a single guest/attendee list, 24-hours-max duration, and guests can be checked-in once.
(You can naturally undo check-ins as many times as you want!)Examples
- 1. One eGuestList Event
- You have an event with one Guest-List that starts in the morning and ends in the next morning.
You need One e-GuestList Event. - 2. Two eGuestList Events
- You have an event with 2 sessions: A morning and an evening session.
In addition, you want to track attendance for both sessions, and at least some of the guests will be attending both sessions.
In this case, you need two e-GuestList events: One to track the morning session, and the other for the evening session.

What's the best pricing plan for me?
If you have one or two events within a 30-day period, you should go for a PER EVENT plan.
If you have three or more events within a 30-day period, you should go for a MONTHLY package.
If you have multiple events throughout a 6-months or more period, you should go for an ANNUAL package.

Can I try e-GuestList app before purchase?
You can download the app to your iPads and Android tablets for free. Then tap on [Try Demo] to try it with a few uploaded Demo Events.

How do I pay?

Can I send my SMSs in any language?
We support Unicode so you can have your SMSs in any language including Japanese, Chinese Greek, Arabic etc.
Unicode characters do limit the max characters per SMS. -
Can I have my own message?
Of course you can. Email us the message you want to send to your guests.

How long can my SMS message be?
Single SMS messages are up to 160-characters long, including spaces.
If your message has 160-306 characters it will be charged double and if it's between 307-456 characters it'll be charged as three messages. -
