EventReception reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace any of the TOS at any time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these TOS.

Description and Use of the EventReception Services
EventReception provides an innovative, easy and fast online web-based platform that facilitates event planning. Please visit www.eventreception.com for a detailed description.
A major innovation of the EventReception platform is that it allows for the collaboration between the Inviter and the Invited User, in order to ensure that the actual event will be memorable and successful for everyone involved including the venue, hosts, caterer, vendors, and guests.
To access the EventReception platform, an Invited User needs to accept an email invitation sent by the inviter, and register on the platform. The inviter ("Inviter") can be either:
(a) EventReception, if the Invited User has purchased an event directly from EventReception;
(b) A host, venue, or vendor who has purchased an account from EventReception and typically enables the Invited User to use the EventReception platform free of charge.
(a) view the Inviter's event floorplans;
(b) insert and manage guest details such as guest name, phone and mobile phone number, email, address, job title, notes etc.;
(c) seat guests to tables or chairs, thus preparing your seating chart easily and fast;
(d) send an SMS to your guests letting them know their seating details while also providing an online navigation map to the venue;
(e) communicate with the Inviter via the communication app;
(f) view your contract agreements and other details.
A Note Regarding Data
As EventReception is a collaborative platform whenever the Invited User inserts guest data, these are shared in real time with both the Inviter and EventReception. A notable exception is the contact details (Contact Details) of the Invited User's guests, which include guests': (a) Mobile phone number; (b) Landline Phone; (c) Email; (d) Address. Guests' Contact Details remain undisclosed to the Inviter at all times.
Please check our Invited Users Privacy Policy for more details.
Registration and Use
In order to use the EventReception platform as an Invited User, you must first register. By registering you hereby agree to:
(a) always provide true, accurate, current and complete information details about yourself and, where needed, your guests;
(b) have the explicit or implicit permission from your guests to insert their guest details and contact information in the EventReception platform;
(c) maintain and promptly update your data, keeping it always true, accurate, current and complete;
(d) grant us the right to send one-off SMS messages to your guests as part of the Inviter's services to you.
If you, at any time, provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, incurrent and incomplete, or if you include data from guests who have refused you permission to insert their information in the platform, EventReception has the right to suspend or terminate your user account and refuse any and all of your current or future use of the EventReception platform (or any part thereof). Upon registration with the EventReception platform, an account is created, to which you have access via a unique username and password.
The Invited User is solely responsible for any action, conducted through the use of the above username and password, as well as for their proper protection and maintenance. In case of unauthorized access, or if the Invited User suspects any security issues or breaches, the Invited User is obliged to inform EventReception immediately.
Payments - Free Usage
If the Invited User has not directly purchased an account from EventReception, but rather has been invited instead by a host, venue, or vendor, EventReception will not charge the Invited User anything.
It is possible however for the Inviter to charge fees for the SMSs or for offering the EventReception platform services to the Invited User, as part of their own services. Any such charges have nothing to do with EventReception and should be agreed between the Inviter and the Invited User.
If the Invited User purchases an event from EventReception directly, different rates apply as per the selected package that has been purchased. Please check our website www.eventreception.com for more details.
Payments - Paid Usage
